And they have butt soap to wash their butts in the water." 10/20/2010

"I thought lions and tigers eat cheetos." 10/17/2010

"so I got the girls new toothpaste, and I was squeezing it out and Keira saw that it was pink instead of her old blue toothpaste. she then says the following with extreme enthusiasm: "OH WOW MOMMY! It's PINK! That's cool right?!" She then starts brushing her teeth and takes it out and says, "oh mommy! its beautiful!" 11/14/2010Christinahttp://www.blogger.com/profile/03118073294057255899noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4323680053385273728.post-708726396811613022010-05-07T18:52:00.000-07:002010-05-07T18:58:12.606-07:00Funny things Keira says 5/7/10I was on the phone talking to daddy about him taking Keira to the doctor, and he said that he couldn't because he was gross and needed a shower still. lol So, apparently Keira heard him talking because a few hours later this is what conversation took place in my car coming from the dr office...

KEIRA: Mommy, can we go to chuckie cheese today because I got shots at the doctor, and I'm a good girl?
ME: Well, we'll talk about it later when we get home. I don't know about today.
KEIRA: Is it because daddy is gross and nasty and needs a shower?Christinahttp://www.blogger.com/profile/03118073294057255899noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4323680053385273728.post-49554881164215531092009-05-01T23:22:00.000-07:002009-05-01T23:35:35.194-07:00Cadence is the big 1!I can't believe Cadence is already a year old. It's gone by so fast..faster than Keira's first birthday came and went. We celebrated her birthday by grilling out steaks, potatoes and mac&cheese with our neighbor friend Chris who just "happened" to stop by while we were grilling out. We ate dinner inside, then let Cadence dig into her cake. It was a 4 inch blue cake with green around the bottom of it to look like grass. Then there were different colored flowers all over it with ladybugs also. And there was a huge yellow flower on top with a ladybug on it. You know..cuz she's our Cadybug! I'm so creative I know. Well, I didn't bake the cake, but I came up with the idea of it and had Walmart make it. haha
We then let Cadence open up her presents which turned into Keira opening them all for her while Cadence played with the toys she got and threw the clothes behind her. She's so cute. Keira and Cady play together so well. I love watching them talk and play with each other. They now also sleep in the same room together. Finally! I can get some sleep after sleeping with babies since August 2005! (which was when I got pregnant with Keira...). Keira slept in our bed/in her crib next to our bed until I was about 6 months pregnant. Then of course, Cadence came and I had another baby to sleep in bed with or be woken up by at all hours of the night in her crib. For the most part though, Cadence did well at sleeping in her own crib. Keira was the complete opposite however. That girl refused to sleep in the crib most nights.
Anyway, I'm just rambling on about random things because it's 1:30am on a Friday night, and I should be in bed. Wow. If you told me 4 years ago that I said that, I'd laugh in your face and say, "yeah right! Me!? Go to bed at 1:30am on a Friday night? You must be joking! I will be out with my friends until 3:30am and then off to IHOP for a 4:00am breakfast eating a smiley face pancake with sausage, bacon and chocolate milk and I'll be 110 lbs forever!"

Ok...seriously...before I say anything else ridiculous..yet true..I am going to bed! Goodnight!Christinahttp://www.blogger.com/profile/03118073294057255899noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4323680053385273728.post-77865523013880840582009-04-17T15:47:00.001-07:002009-04-17T17:05:14.947-07:00Terrible Week and we're done with Terrible Two's! But I guess it's my own fault for leaving out my purse, paper and crayons for small children to get into.
This week has been another crazy, unexpected week as usual. This past Monday, I had to take both girls to the doctor in the afternoon and aparently they just had a cold (says the dr) and they should get over it without giving them prescription medications. They had both had coughs for a couple weeks and Cadence had a fever a few days before that. So, believing what the dr said, because he's a dr and dr's are supposed to know what they're doing, we went along our merry way without prescription medications and by Tuesday afternoon, Cadence had another fever. I called the dr and he said that we should just give her tylenol and nothing else because the fever should go away and the cold as well. Because a fever is just something you typically get when you have a cold.
So, believing what the dr said, I again listened to him and just gave her tylenol. I missed the 2nd half of work Wednesday also because Cadence couldn't go to daycare since she had a fever Tuesday. Yay! I was really just frustrated that they've both been sick this long and I wanted them to get better. On Wednesday, Keira complained about her throat hurting (probably from coughing for 2.5 weeks straight) and on Thursday she had a fever. Not high enough to keep her out of daycare on Friday, but I went ahead and took her back home because Kevin was off work. That night I took them both to a pediatric urgent care clinic and the dr said Keira had an ear infection in both ears, and that they both had sinusitis (sinus infections I think). This could have been fixed on Monday and my babies wouldn't have been sick on Keira's birthday. This really irritates me. I also could have not missed work Wednesday afternoon and Thursday morning and been at an urgent care clinic spending $75.00/child until 7:00pm Thursday. Really frustrating week. Oh well, at least my beauties are feeling better already with their ammoxicillin they were put on last night.
Hopefully Keira will be up for roller skating, opening presents, and eating cake and pizza Saturday for her birthday party! I'm sure she'll be doing much better by then. She seems to be doing better already today.
I can't believe Keira is turning 3 today at 10:02pm! (9:02pm San Antonio, TX time!) It still feels like I just had her yesterday. I had a rough pregnancy with that one. The labor wasn't bad because I got an epidural as soon as I sat in the hospital bed. haha. But it was still rough because I was in labor with her for 16 hours. Anyway, here are a few pictures of her from newborn to age 3! It's good to look back!Christinahttp://www.blogger.com/profile/03118073294057255899noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4323680053385273728.post-36204590529596324232009-04-11T19:07:00.000-07:002009-04-11T19:28:45.752-07:00April 2008OMG...It's been almost a year since I've updated this! I'm horrible! I guess I thought I was going to quit blogging..but I'm back! I think for a while I'm going to blog about the fun stuff that's going on with my baby girls and our family. Keira's almost 3 in a couple weeks! And Cadence will be 1 on April 24th! Crazy how time flies! Right now though I want to talk about the funny things Keira has said over the past year. She's so funny. So here is a list of the funny things she's said over the past year. They are a little mixed up but enjoy!

March 09: Dora Kitchen talking: "Let's make something to eat! What do you want to eat?!" Keira: "ummm...apples, banana, cockies (cookies)" by herself playing in her room I could overhear her saying this.

March 09: "Mommy turn yite on". (yite-light).

12/25/08: "It's Poopuh, Bobie, Too-dee, Moon-oh, and Pex." The yo-gabba gabba toys she got for Christmas. (aka in same order: foofa, brobie, too-dee, moon-oh, and plex).

12/14/08: "I give Cay-yence hug and kiss mommy". (Cay-yence: Cadence).

12/10/08: "I go in my woom and pay in my cave in my house". (Keira pushes her play house up to her closet and crawls in her closet. She calls her closet her cave. woom: room, pay: play).

12/8/08: "OH! It's...it's....it's Kissmus tee? Mommy! It's..it's...Kissmus tee? Oh yes! I yike it!" (translation: It's Christmas tree? I like it!).

12/25/08: "Pesents! (aka: presents) Is it mine? Is it yours? ..It's yours! Yes! It's Reese and Zack's! Open! Open!"

12/4/08: "I want a besketba". (sounds like basketball, but what she is really saying every morning is "I want a breakfast bar").

3/13/09: (As Cadence is trying to push all the buttons by the television/cable box Keira says) "No no Cadence! Get away from that tv. You gonna get spankin'."

3/14/09: (As Keira is in the shoe closet putting on some sandals she says) "Mommy, I gonna put my shoes on and go get you some pickles."

3/14/09: (as I'm sweeping the bathroom floor, Keira walks down the hallway sweeping the carpet with her child sized broom she says) "Mommy, look. I'm cleaning the floor. I have to help you clean the house. Then you get me pink sucker."

3/14/09: (as Keira is putting on her shoes she says): "I'm going outside mommy.
I'll be right back. Ok? You understand? You don't say no to me."

3/18/09: Keira brought me my toothbrush with toothpaste perfectly on it and said, "Mommy, you brush your teeth. You go to bed and get up in morning."

4/8/09: Keira comes running into our room to go to bed. She says, "Mommy daddy, mommy daddy, I don't want to go to bed in my room. I want to go to bed in your room." I say, "Why Keira? Go back to bed." She says, "Because I scary mommy." She says scary instead of scared. So cute!

4/11/09: Daddy was in the kitchen and he burped...loudly. Keira says, "Nice burp daddy!"

SOME OTHER NEWS:
Right now we're currently looking for a church to go to. Maybe Bandera Road Community Church or River City Community Church. I think that's what they're called. We're visiting the BRCC church for the first time on Easter Sunday. We'll see how we like it. I really want a church to go to where I can join a group where there are women my age with young children so I feel like I can fit in and belong somewhere. I just don't have many friends in San Antonio even though we've been here since August 2006. I also want to go to a church that has a great youth program for Keira and a good nursery for Cadence. Keira didn't really start talking about Jesus and singing christian songs and children's songs until she started going to her daycare she's at now which is at a church. I love the daycare! Resurrection Childrens' Center is awesome!
I'd also like to make more girlfriends in this town. That would be awesome. Nothing would be better, however, than being with my absolute best friends from back home that I've been friends with since elementary, middle school, high school and some since college! You all completely understand me and thankfully I can be myself around without feeling like I'm being judged in some way or completely ignored or looked at funny for being silly/talking too much/talking too loud..you know my usual self. I love you guys and miss you all like crazy! Hopefully we'll move home in the next few years or so, so I won't have to deal with all of this "friend searching" and for the most part be disappointed. My best friends here in SA are Ashlee and Melissa. I love you guys. If it weren't for you all, I'd pretty much have no girlfriends here at all to hang out with (and sing karoake with)! Or have a babysitter OMG. lol Well, that's really it for this blog. I need to get the Easter baskets ready for tomorrow morning! Easter bunny is on his way! Yay!Christinahttp://www.blogger.com/profile/03118073294057255899noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4323680053385273728.post-41743651522383164252008-07-07T15:05:00.001-07:002008-07-07T15:15:19.509-07:00July NewsOk..so I am so not good at keeping up with this. I guess when you have two children under the age of two, it can be a little difficult. What's new with my life? Well, I'm now trying to lose 15 pounds. I had no problem losing the weight with my first child, but after my second baby it has gotten quite difficult to lose that last 15 pounds. So, I have had to start working out and eating better. I need to do this anyway. I decided to start lap swimming at a local gym. I have a free week pass right now that I'm taking advantage of. After that is finished with, I think I'm going to wait a couple weeks until we get paid my first paycheck at my new job before I get a membership with this gym. I went for the first time yesterday to lap swim. It was great. They also had a sona (spelling). It was great to get some alone time. God knows I need it. I think this may be my new favorite hobby.

Other that this, I started working a couple weeks ago for a different company, Ability HomeCare. I love my job so far, but I'm still waiting on getting all of my own patients. I have one so far of my own. The first week I worked, I was substituting for some Speech Therapists that were on vacation. So, I got plenty of hours, but now they are back from vacation and I only have 2 visits a week to one patient. I need to have 23-28 visits a week to be full time if that tells you anything. I should have all of my patients in the next week or so I'm hoping. God, I'm hoping. I can't afford to wait much longer.Christinahttp://www.blogger.com/profile/03118073294057255899noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4323680053385273728.post-68875290171599553982008-05-26T11:26:00.000-07:002008-05-26T11:37:51.691-07:00News of a New Job and New Baby! So, I had an interview this past Thursday at Ability and I got the job! I am going to be doing homehealth speech therapy beginning sometime in June after school ends. I'm so excited to be staring with a new company and actually have a salary instead of getting paid per hour. I'll also have two weeks vacation, two sick days, two personal days, and 5 paid holidays. I didn't have that before. I didn't even get a paid maternity leave. I can't wait to start with this company.

News about Cadence:
Cadence is 32 days old now. She is out of the NICU and home doing well. Her next appointment is for her two month visit. She is doing great. She's been eating well and gaining weight finally. Keira and Cadence are staying home right now with their babysitter, Ashlee. I decided to keep them out of daycare for a while so they can stay together and bond. I went back to work after being off for 4 weeks. I had the first 3 weeks off after having the baby. I will work until June 5th and then start at Ability soon after.

New Pics of Cadence and Keira
Christinahttp://www.blogger.com/profile/03118073294057255899noreply@blogger.com1tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4323680053385273728.post-9225997500054707912008-05-03T06:57:00.001-07:002008-05-03T07:04:20.040-07:00Baby CadenceA lot has happened in the past couple weeks. I had baby Cadence on April 24, 2008 at 8:55pm. She was 6 lbs 10 oz and was 20 inches long. When she was about 6-7 days old, Keira got sick at home and we think Cadence caught whatever Keira had. Keira has an ear infection, runny nose, and cough. Unfortunately, if a newborn baby even gets a cold, that baby can go downhill very quickly if nothing is done right away. A baby could even die from it. It's crazy to think that a baby could die from catching a cold. But their immune system is pretty much non-existent at this point that it could happen. We are in the NICU at North Central Baptist Hospital right now. We have been here since 3:00pm yesterday. Before that, we were in the ER at North East Baptist Hospital from 10:00am-3:00pm that day. They had to transport her to the other hospital's NICU. The poor baby had a temp of 100.1 and wouldn't eat and was lathargic. She had to have tons of blood work done, a cath put in to get a urine sample, an i.v. put in her hand to pump her with fluids to rehydrate her, antibiotics in the i.v. to help get rid of whatever virus/infection she may have, and a spinal tap. They couldn't pull anything out of the spinal tap because she was so dehydrated, so they have to give her another one today. I'm so sad about that. They make the parents leave the room, but I could hear her screaming and crying all the way down the hallway. All I wanted to do was go in there and hold her hand. It was so hard. I can't imagine how bad that hurt for a newborn to endure. Thank God she's not old enough to remember it later. Please keep baby Cadence in your prayers and hopefully she will be out of the woods soon.Christinahttp://www.blogger.com/profile/03118073294057255899noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4323680053385273728.post-56751377645521808642008-04-07T09:58:00.000-07:002008-04-07T11:51:19.189-07:001-3 weeks left!I'm so excited. Today, I have a dr. appointment where I will get a 3d or 4d sonogram (I can't remember which one it is) and they are going to video tape it for me and give me lots of pictures to take home. They are also going to check and see if I'm dilated at all. I hope, I hope, I hope! I could honestly go at any time they said. And they also said last week that if I was even 0.5 cm, I would be going to labor and delivery. I hope I am today! That would be wonderful! The baby is already fully developed and is just gaining more weight now. They also said baby Cadence would be fine to come into this world right now. I can't wait!
One: I want to hold this precious angel.
Two: I'm absolutely miserable.
Three: I'm really just very impatient and anxious.
But seriously, I wake up at night pretty much every hour with pain in my abdomen, my back, my hips (basically everywhere) and I have to switch positions all night long. It is getting very hard for me to walk around for even short periods of time (even though I've been trying to induce labor by going for mile walks), which means it's very hard for me to be at work all day long.Christinahttp://www.blogger.com/profile/03118073294057255899noreply@blogger.com1tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4323680053385273728.post-56084829329025677022008-03-28T10:00:00.000-07:002008-03-28T10:10:38.759-07:002-4 weeks left!So this week has been horrible so far. I have had some pretty aweful contractions for the past few days in a row that have caused me to actually get physically ill from in the middle of the night. I'm so ready to go to the hospital and have this child. If my dr. called me right now and said, "Feel free to go the hospital at any time and we'll induce you..but you can't have an epidural", I would totally go right now! Is that not ridiculous?! I'm just so sick and hurting from having to work while I'm in this pain that I just want to get it over with immediately...plus I want to see and hold this beautiful baby instead of it kicking me 24/7! :o)

Now if I was on bed rest right now, it wouldn't be quite as bad, but I'm not and I am still working and having to walk all day long with these horrible pains. I've been really close to giving in and going in to the hospital this week thinking I was in true labor, but I managed to get the contractions to slow down on my own at home. I should honestly just go for a brisk walk when I start getting them again, so that I CAN go into labor. haha

Maybe I'll do that next time. I could go at any time and the baby would be completely healthy if it were born today. We shall see!Christinahttp://www.blogger.com/profile/03118073294057255899noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4323680053385273728.post-17667439928022379422008-03-24T15:29:00.001-07:002008-03-24T15:32:19.083-07:00It's a GIRL!If you can't tell by the pink writing, and of course the title of this blog, we just found out today that we are definitely having another baby girl! :o) We're thrilled, even though we were hoping for a boy. We will love her regardless and really we just want her to be healthy. That is, of course, all that matters. Her name will be Cadence Marie Wrightsman and she is due to be born by May 3rd, 2008. The dr. will be inducing me a week before that date if I don't go into labor by then. Yay! Just 3-5 weeks to go until we meet our little Cady! Yes, I'm already calling her by her nickname. hahaChristinahttp://www.blogger.com/profile/03118073294057255899noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4323680053385273728.post-34458957668688635532008-03-24T07:48:00.000-07:002008-03-24T07:58:30.554-07:00Week 34Well, I'm 34 weeks prego and still going strong. I have about 3-5 weeks left. The dr. is inducing me around April 25-28th sometime if I don't go into labor by then. I don't remember if I've said that before. I probably have. Anyway, this last month has been taking forever.

Spring break is over, unfortunately, and I'm back at work today. Part of me wishes I would have gone into labor yesterday, so that I could have another two weeks (which would have been 3 weeks off in a row). I'd rather do that than have a week off for spring break, and then another two weeks off a few weeks later. Oh well. Kevin thinks it is sad that I would rather go into labor than go back to work. haha I do agree somewhat, but I really just want to not be pregnant anymore and have this beautiful baby in my arms instead of kicking the poo out of me every moment of my life. I would also love to be able to walk again like a normal person instead of waddling like a duck, and have full control over my bladder again. That would be great. I would love that. I was really hoping that the full moon we had the past couple days was going to somehow magically break my water and put me into labor because of the wonderful gravitational pull I've heard that is caused by a full moon. It is true though. Many women go into labor on nights there is a full moon. Of course, I couldn't be one of those lucky girls. I know I won't be full term in 2-3 weeks from now, but it really is ok to wish I could go into labor right now. With technology and medicines today, my baby would be just fine being born at 34 weeks and most likely would go home with me.

Anyway, lunch break is over so I must get back to work. Everyone pray for my water to break immediately! If we all pray at the same time, maybe it will work! (just kidding). hahaChristinahttp://www.blogger.com/profile/03118073294057255899noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4323680053385273728.post-87987525276967865972008-03-15T13:02:00.000-07:002008-03-15T13:12:24.511-07:00Spring Break!I'm so glad it's Spring Break! I really need a week to rest before this baby comes in 4-6 weeks. I can't believe how fast this 9 months has gone by. Thank God for a toddler to keep me busy enough to keep my mind off of how long I have left before this next one is here. It's funny though that we had Keira's name all figured out in month 4 of the pregnancy, and we haven't even decided on a middle name if this child is a boy and I only have about 4-6 weeks left. We have our girl name picked out (Cadence Marie). But if it's a boy, all we know is a choice between Cody or Cameron (maybe) and no middle name yet. We really need to get on the ball and pick something.
I don't know if I said this before, but we will find out for sure if it is a boy or girl on April 7th at our new OBGYN doctor's office. We had to switch dr.'s at 30 weeks into the pregnancy because my old OBGYN dr. was forgetting to do important things like take my blood pressure, take urine samples every appointment, give me my RH shot as well as the blood test to see if my body has been producing anti-bodies yet to fight off the baby, and check my weight (along with other things). So, we ended up having to switch and pay $600 some dollars to our new dr. because we were changing so late in the pregnancy. But at least that will pay for practically everything even after the baby is born. We will only have a small bill left after the birth in case I have to get a c-section or have an epidural/etc. That makes me happy even though it really hurt us this month financially by having to pay all that money all at once. But we will be fine again in a month or so.
Yay! I just can't wait for this new addition to our family to get here!Christinahttp://www.blogger.com/profile/03118073294057255899noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4323680053385273728.post-23239268184749626292008-03-12T18:47:00.000-07:002008-03-12T18:55:18.329-07:00Week 32 of PregnancyThis week has been pretty rough so far, and it's only Wednesday. Thank God for spring break next week. Last night I had some pretty rough contractions for a few hours. My awesome husband helped me out of course while I was feeling icky. I love him sooooo much! I ended up getting the contractions to slowly go away by taking a nice, long, hot bath and going to bed early. Today, my contractions started up every time I had to walk around at work (which is quite often). So, I didn't have much fun today with that.
I also went to the dr. again today to get my RH shot (rogam?) because my blood type is O-, and they ended up checking me out and also hooking me up to a monitor for about 20 minutes to check the baby's heart rate and my contractions. My contractions were about 3-5 minutes apart, but weren't that bad (intensity wise) at the time they monitored them of course. My cervix was closed though, so that makes me feel better. I'll go back to the dr. in two weeks for another checkup. I just pray that I can make it through the week without having to go to the hospital to stop contractions. Hopefully my body will recover during spring break from all the walking around at work that has been wearing me out so much and causing these problems. I really don't want to have to go on bed rest. Christinahttp://www.blogger.com/profile/03118073294057255899noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4323680053385273728.post-48880990169899723462008-03-09T12:10:00.000-07:002008-03-09T12:36:58.115-07:00My First Blog!Well, this is the first time I've blogged with this webcite. I used to blog a long time ago before I was married, but had stopped after a while. I think it will be nice to start up again and use this as a way to relieve bottled up stressed that I have now and then and to talk to friends and check out their blogs as well.
I guess Melanie got me into this after she showed me the webcite last night. I don't think I'll have a whole lot of time to blog, especially since I already use facebook and myspace to keep in touch with friends and family back home in Indiana. I also use it as a way for my friends and family see pics and videos of Keira and us here in San Antonio. And to top it off, I'm 32 weeks pregnant and will really not have much time after this 2nd baby is born, but we'll see! Maybe I'll have more free time on my hands that I think.
ABOUT ME AND MY FAMILY:
I'm married to a wonderful man, Kevin Wrightsman. We were married on September 24, 2005 in Terre Haute, Indiana where we are originally from. We met at the church we both attended in highschool sometime, but we had both been dating other people at the time but always had a crush on one another. After high school, I went away to college 2.5 hours away and broke up with my boyfriend. When I came home for Christmas that year, Kevin and I started dating. But, stupid me broke up with him when I went back after Christmas break because I couldn't handle a long distance relationship. Kevin ended up dating someone else later, getting engaged and staying with that person for about 4 years or so. Then one day, I had decided to go to my church that I hadn't attended in a while to attend a memorial service to remember people that had died that year. Kevin wasn't there, but his mom was. She gave me his number after the service ended, and of course I called him right away. He didn't answer, but called me the next day and the rest is history! We actually found out we were pregnant with Keira before we had gotten married. We had already set a date to get married, but of course bumped it up a few months to September 2005 instead of May 2006.
After Keira was born in April, I had gotten offered a job in San Antonio, TX in August 2006. So, a week or so later, we packed everything up and sold what we didn't want to take and left for San Antonio. We've been here since August 2006. Kevin is a GM at a Gamestop, and I'm an Assistant Speech Language Pathologist and work in two Elementary Schools. We miss our family like crazy, but we also love it here and love our church and church family here so much. It's the best church we've ever attended. That really says a lot knowing that I went to my previous church since the 2nd grade. I was used to a church of a few hundered, where you could slip in and slip back out after the service and no one would even notice you. They weren't really that friendly to certain people in that church. Basically, they had clicks which is really sad. We now go to a church where there are only about 30 people that attend on a Sunday morning, so you can't just slip in and go unnoticed, which I love. And everyone is so nice and they are pretty much our family in San Antonio.
About baby #2/pregnancy #2:
I'm due on May 3rd, 2008. I've already dropped, and this baby is pushing on my pelvis bone and my sciatic nerve, which causes a horrible shooting pain to go from my hip all the way down my leg to my ankle. So, at work, I am wobbling through the hallways, holding my belly up most of the time to keep this child off of my pelvic bone (even though it really doesn't work much) because gravity is taking him/her downward. If I could make it another 5 weeks before I go into labor, that would be great. But I am all for going 3 weeks early since I'll be full term. As long as the baby is healthy, I'm ready to get it done and over with.
I can't wait until Spring Break! I have one more week left and then I'll be home resting for an entire week. I really need the rest. I just really hope I make it through the week without having to go to the hospital. I've really done well with this pregnancy. I haven't had to go to the hospital yet, unlike my first pregnancy. With my first pregnancy, I had already been in the hospital 2 or 3 times already by week 32, and was on best rest at 34 weeks. I'm really proud of myself. But of course with my first pregnancy, I was really sick throughout the entire 9 months, which caused dehydration, which caused contractions, which caused me to start dilating.
I go to the dr. tomorrow to get my RH shot since my blood type is O-, and also hope to find out if we are for sure having a boy or girl. We are hoping for a boy, but if it's another girl that's ok too. I just love dressing my baby girl in those cute outfits and fixing their hair in cute pig tails and bows.
Ok, so I have to stop blogging now since this is super long, and also because I really need to get a few things done before Kevin gets home from work. Pics will be up later.Christinahttp://www.blogger.com/profile/03118073294057255899noreply@blogger.com0
